Chairlines supports all manufacturers’ warranties. We stand behind our products and we will repair any product we sell, and deal directly with the manufacturer on your behalf for all warranty claims. Please review the Warranty & Repair Policies section for more information.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY REPAIR CHAIRS THAT WERE PURCHASED AT CHAIRLINES.
We do not assist with warranty claims or repair chairs that were purchased elsewhere. Proof of purchase may be requested. All chairs sold by Chairlines will have a grey “Chairlines” sticker on the bottom seat pan of the chair.
