Chairlines Return and Repair Policy

CHAIRLINES SALES POLICIES


DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

Chairlines will provide free delivery in metro Vancouver area on all orders over $50.00 Orders that are under $50.00 are subject to a freight and/or delivery charge. Other areas will be evaluated on a per order basis.


ACCESSORIES

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on OBUS FORME products for hygienic purposes including,

pillows, wrist rests backrests or any packaged materials.
 
OFFICE SEATING

Customers have two working days from the date of purchase to receive FULL money refund on office chairs and industrial seating for in stocked product.Customers have one week to exchange it for another product of greater or equal value.For executive seating customers have two days to return or exchange the chair. Customers are responsible for the return of the product.

 
CUSTOM ORDERED CHAIRS
There are no exchanges or refunds on customer order (incl. sizes, colors, and non-stocking) chairs, no exceptions.


FURNITURE
There are no refunds or returns on custom furniture.

HEADSETS
2-3 Days for a full refund, subject to manufacturer's inspection, when returned in original packaging.

Beyond all noted exceptions, all sales are FINAL.


REPAIR POLICIES
Chairlines will support all manufacturers warranties. ErgoCentric and Humanscale warranty labor for the part warranty period. Other manufacturer's part replacements are warrantied for 90 days and labour is warrantied for 1 year. Outside of the warranty, charges for repairs are a $60.00 per hour rate with a half hour minimum of $30.00. **Please call for a free estimate**
