Chairlines Return and Repair Policy

CHAIRLINES SALES POLICIES


DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

Chairlines will provide free delivery on all orders over $50.00 Orders that are under $50.00 are subject to a freight and/or delivery charge.


ACCESSORIES

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on OBUS FORME products for hygienic purposes including,

pillows, wrist rests backrests or any packaged materials.
 
OFFICE SEATING

Customers have two working days from the date of purchase to receive FULL money refund on office chairs and industrial seating.Customers have one week to exchange it for another product of greater or equal value.For executive seating customers have two days to return or exchange the chair.

 
CUSTOM ORDERED CHAIRS
There are no exchanges or refunds on customer order (incl. sizes, colors, and non-stocking) chairs, no exceptions.


FURNITURE
There are no refunds or returns on custom furniture.

HEADSETS
2-3 Days for a full refund, subject to manufacturer's inspection, when returned in original packaging.

Beyond all noted exceptions, all sales are FINAL.


REPAIR POLICIES
There are no charges for repair estimates.
Charges for repairs are a $60.00 per hour rate with a half hour minimum of $30.00.
Part replacements are warrantied for 90 days and labour is warrantied for 1 year.
