Upon entering your 4th Avenue location I was met by Jasmine...with her very capable assistance we went through most of the available models on display. I had put 20 minutes of parking in the meter and by the 19th minute I had paid for the Global Ultra Forme Medium Back...and was back out the door.

Many years ago, I went to your store and over the years, have bought 3 wonderful desk chairs. The last one, of some years ago, is now being used as my chair at my dining room table. Now I have another one, that your wonderful staff adjusted for me, your staff has been fantastic, coming to check out my favourite chair and helping me to be able to get another one. The delivery person helped me adjust the new chair as well.

Our Chief Financial officer, General Manager and I all had back issues and quite frankly sat in the same office chairs for many years. We all were in what I call the 'old comfy couch state'. The chair still works so why change.
I had read an article at my Chiropractors office regarding the office environment and the importance of good office ergonomics. Upon getting back to the office, it struck me that the ones that had been complaining about their backs had the worst chairs in the company.
I contacted Rob Williams, the owner of Chairlines to learn more about office ergonomics and seating and what the options were out there for us...He brought out a number of Office chairs to see what fit best and he personally set each member of our staff up and said “take them for a test drive”.
